PAY RANGE: Band 7 ($96,700 - $137,000)

The mission of Charles River Community Health (CRCH) is to partner with individuals and families so they can thrive and lead healthier lives by delivering the comprehensive, integrated, and equitable primary healthcare that matters most to them. As part of the dynamic Human Resources team at Charles River Community Health (CRCH), the Director of Employee Relations and Human Resources will play a critical role in cultivating talent and delivering people strategies in support of business objectives. This role oversees the retention lifecycles for the organization, including professional development, performance management, and employee relations.
Key responsibilities include overseeing onboarding and orientation, leading policy development and compliance efforts, managing employee lifecycle transitions, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, supporting benefits administration and payroll collaboration, and providing strategic guidance in areas such as internal promotions, workforce reporting, retention strategy, and staff engagement. The Director of Employee Relations and Human Resources supervises HR Generalists and the Recruitment team, and works closely with managers, staff, SLT, and external stakeholders to move the mission forward, drive growth, and increase staff satisfaction and engagement.
