Pre-Licensure Staff Nurse
CLASSIFICATION/STATUS: Non-Exempt, Full Time, Licensed within 1 year of hire
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Nurse Manager
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
PAY RANGE: Band B ($20.50 - $26.00/hour)

The mission of?Charles River Community Health?(CRCH)?is to partner with individuals and families so they can thrive and lead healthier lives by delivering the comprehensive, integrated, and equitable primary healthcare that matters most to them. The Pre-Licensure Staff Nurse provides direct professional nursing care and education to health center patients and ensures continuity and quality of care under direct supervision. The Pre-Licensure Staff Nurse has a solid understanding of patient needs and will work collaboratively with primary care providers and a multidisciplinary team to develop, assess, coordinate, and optimize patient care plans under direct supervision.
Direct supervision includes, but is not limited to, the supervising licensed nurse being physically present in the health care practice setting and readily available where the Pre-Licensure Staff Nurse is practicing.
